In June 2002, Tianjin Far East International Shipping Agency Co., Ltd. carried out share restructuring with the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province, and the nature of the enterprise changed from fully state-owned shareholding to jointly owned by state and natural person.

Tianjin Far East International Shipping Agency Co., Ltd. ranked fifth in comprehensive strength among 18 agencies in Tianjin port.
