On March 19,1998, by Shandong Yantai international shipping co., LTD., Tianjin chase international shipping co., LTD., Tianjin zhongtong international freight forwarding co., LTD., Shandong haitong international shipping agency co., LTD. Four shareholders, was held in Yantai international shipping co., LTD., Shandong haitong international shipping agency Tianjin branch of the first shareholders' meeting for the first time.

On May 18,1998, Shandong Haitong International Shipping Agency Tianjin Branch officially opened, belonging to Shandong Yantai International Shipping Co., LTD., is the 8th shipping agency company in Tianjin port shipping agency industry.

In June 1999, Shandong Haitong International Shipping Agency Company Tianjin Branch was renamed Shandong International Shipping Agency Co., LTD. Tianjin Branch, and its affiliation was changed from Shandong Yantai Shipping Company to Shandong Shipping Group Co., LTD.

In November 2000, Shandong International Shipping Agency Co., LTD. Tianjin Branch changed its name to Tianjin Far East International Shipping Agency Co., LTD., affiliated to Shandong Far East International Shipping Agency Co., LTD.

In June 2002, Tianjin Far East International Shipping Agency Co., Ltd. carried out share restructuring with the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province, and the nature of the enterprise changed from fully state-owned shareholding to jointly owned by state and natural person.

In May 2004, Tianjin Far East International Forwarding Co., Ltd. was formally established.

In August 2007, Tianjin Far East International Forwarding Co., Ltd. changed its name to Tianjin Far East Logistics Co., Ltd.

In August 2010, Cui Jiangtao led a team to Sulawesi, Indonesia for a field investigation of the nickel mining project. In October of the same year, the company was established in Indonesia to start the exploration and mining business of nickel mining.

In May 2011, the first ship of nickel ore successfully mined by the Indonesian company was successfully shipped to The Jingtang Port in China for unloading.

In April 2012, Cui Jiangtao arrived in the Solomon Islands to investigate nickel, copper and other mineral resources with the China Coal Geological Bureau in response to the export of raw metal ore in 2014.

In June 2013, Indonesia Indonesia signed the Bauxite Contract Mining Agreement with Aluminum Corporation of China, responsible for the mining and washing business of ALU mining area in West Kalimantan Island of Chinalco Indonesia.

In March 2014, Cui Jiangtao led a team to the Solomon Islands to explore the RENNELL Island bauxite project through a combination of drilling and excavation.

In November 2014, the Indonesian company signed the Coal Mine Contract Mining Agreement with Vingage Engieering Public Limited, responsible for mining the open pit coal mine on South Kalimantan Island invested by the listed company.

In October 2015, Solomon Company was established, and subsequently acquired the exploration rights and mining rights of bauxite, nickel ore, copper ore and other mining areas in the Solomon Islands.

On May 18,2018, Tianjin Far East held the 20th anniversary celebration of the founding of the company.

In August 2018, Tianjin New Green Import and Export Co., Ltd. was established, responsible for the procurement, shipping and export related business of equipment and materials such as the construction of camp roads and docks in Solomon mining area.

In March 2019, Solomon began building roads, docks, storage yards and other infrastructure in the nickel mining area.

In July 2021, Tianjin Far East United Logistics Co., Ltd. was established, integrating all business segments of Tianjin Far East shipping agent, freight forwarding agent and shipping charter.

In November 2023, Solomon Company reached a comprehensive cooperative relationship with Liqin, a well-known listed company in the nickel mining industry, to develop Solomon's mineral resources.

In March 2024, Singapore New Green Resources Co., Ltd. was established as the investment body of overseas mineral resources and other resources and related industries.

In August 2024, New Green Resources' corporate website: www.newgreen.cc is officially launched.

In March 2025, Solomom Company obtained the mine rights exploration permint for the KOLOULA copper mine, with a mine area of 7600 hectares.
